Life in general is filled with uncertainty. When there are so many unknown factors in life, no wonder you feel anxious about a lot of things. With the current pandemic, there are more things to worry about added to the usual pile of anxieties. Despite the fact that there are a lot of things that are outside of your control, your mindset is the key to remain calm and collected to cope with these difficult circumstances. Fear and uncertainty can leave you feeling stressed, anxious, and helpless. It can drain you emotionally and physically. When you feel overwhelmed by everything that is happening to you, it is best to know that you are not alone in feeling this. You also have to realise that no matter how helpless and hopeless you feel, there are steps that you can take to relieve you from stress and anxiety and to better equip yourself for the uncertainty that tomorrow can bring. Digging deep and knowing who you really are in the inside anchors you and allows you to find the certainty from within. In this webinar, you will learn how to slow your body down from this overflow of emotions. Grieve for these emotions and let them show you what they want from you.
